Berkshire Women’s Aid is seeking new trustees to help guide our work and shape the future of our services.

We’re particularly keen to hear from women* with:

  • Lived experience of domestic abuse, either personally or professionally (e.g. as a nurse, support worker, or family lawyer)

  • Housing management expertise

What’s Involved

  • Attend 6 evening board meetings per year

  • Option to join sub-committees based on your interests and experience

  • Full induction provided, including visits to a refuge

  • Out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed
