Helpline

We can be contacted on our helpline (0118 950 4003) between 10am-5pm weekdays, and can also be reached on this number outside of these times in an emergency.

Staff on the helpline can give you information on housing, legal, financial, council and other services related to domestic abuse. They can also arrange somewhere safe to stay if you are frightened to remain at home.

Our refuges are all in Berkshire (South East England) so most of the women who call us are either living locally or want to seek refuge in this area to be near family or work. For information and support please call us on 0118 950 4003 between 10am-5pm weekdays or outside of these times in an emergency.

The WAFE helpline (0808 2000 247) is a national 24-hour line which can offer advice and find refuge space for women from anywhere in the UK.
